SHCAF is a registered 501c3, Faith based, Non-profit organization. Our mission is to increase access to basic necessities for those in the Douglas county, GA area.
Did you know that there are more than 144,000 people in the Douglas county area. The area has nearly 12% of the population that live at or below the poverty line. With this many people in need in the area, there are currently only 2 organizations that provide emergency housing in the area. SHCAF aims to change that.
SHCAF was established to honor the memory of Ms. Sheilon Hill. In honor of the memory of the kind and giving spirit of Ms. Hill, we serve our community with Christian love and the preservation of human dignity.
